Q: The video(s) will not play on my browser.
A: This is probably due to not having the needed plugin
to process the video installed on your browser.
Go to the Downloads page
to access the sites where you can get the
necessary software plugins.
Q: I see the video playing, but I don't hear any sound.
A: No worries, your computer's audio may be turned
down or off. Check
it out and try to play the video again.
Also,
you may need to update your plugins for the
browser
you are using. Visit the Downloads page, to
see about
getting an updated, free plugin.
Q: The videos are very static and they stutter.
A: More than likely, this is due to your computer's
processor
and processing speed. Try and remove any
cache in your
browser's preferences section. This may help.
If not, see about right-clicking the video and save it
to your hard drive. Then, launch the video as a "standalone"
player. RIght-clicking will only work on the Quicktime
and Windows Media Videos.
